Unless the rules stated otherwise, I believe you can go for it. Just make sure it's A-rated for the explicit sex scene.
can i make an animation for this contest that uses characters from another ip? Its gonna be a fnf animation still but kind of a cross between another thing that isn't my original characters. if not i'll rethink my plans lolol

Remixes should be fine. If corps can DMCA remixes of their licensed music, then on the flipside we can allow usage. But you should try to get permission from the musician who remixed it first
