I know it's mostly a chick problem and most of you are dudes, but anyone out there anemic?
I can't get rid of it.
I have no iron in my blood.

I have a lot of people in my life who've all faded into one pale blur of mass that I can't rightly identify so it's tough to tell which at this point.
Main point is I'm pretty sure I may have known at least one anemic person at one point in my life or another.
One thing I am afraid of is getting it myself considering I sometimes go days without seeing the sun thanks to my inability to maintain a proper sleep schedule.

I've never been anemic, but at one point I had to take iron tablets despite having a steady amount of red meat in my diet. Gotta love periods

Spinach is my favorite veggie and red meat is my favorite protein so I'm pretty gosh darn pissed off that I can't get rid of it!

I will admit, I don't go outside as much as I should.
I mean I go to work everyday but then I come home and stay inside.

It gets extra low during that time and that's when my oxygen saturation actually ends up affected. I get short of breath etc

I'm not really a big fan of spinach, although, I do like it in a type of pasta, and some other select dishes.

Innuendo aside, I eat plenty of iron containing products, fortified cereal, beef, beans, and various other things, but I might not be eating enough, I dunno.
Basic iron pill supplements. Iron sulfate. You can buy 'em at the grocery store or the pharmacy, don't need a prescription. One or two a day will make you feel great.
Keep eating red meat, spinach, etc. Popeye manly-man diet.
Initially you'll taste blood for a week, but that'll go away. Once you level out you'll feel much better overall.

1. Load up minecraft and find iron.
2. Download a mod that lets you eat it
3. Feel healthier!

Did me a little googling and found this easy to read article.
Surprising how nutritious eggs are.
I eat plenty of seafood, meat, beans & greens, but I still have issues with this. I think it's an issue with the ol' kidneys from all the alkeehol I guzzle.
