What is love?
Butterflies in your stomach, sweaty palms, or maybe just a simple day at your favorite spot with a special someone. Love can be simple at times, and complicated at others. Love is messy, love is sweet, love is unique.
Love can be powerful and stir emotions inside someone that they never knew existed. An entire life can become the epitome of a single day because of the enigma called love.

This side of the contest should be focused on experimenting. Love is as vague as it is unique, and there is an incredible amount of ways to approach this subject. Use colors, themes, and different experiences to your advantage. The drawing does not have to be light-hearted or frolic-y; you can draw depressive and emotionally heavy subjects ^^
Obviously a lot of what we learned about love stems from our early experiences, so themes like high school and children being adorable is not off the table, but for the love of god do not depict minors with adult themes.

ah here is my piece its a work in progress this is a place holder if I don't get finished by the thirteenth though aside from the first panel this is roughly what I want to create I still think its kind of cool though yeah expect an improved piece of this
This was a fun one! It feels good to be entering community stuff again! This could have been clearer and a bit more polished, but I had fun and it was good to work off the art cobwebs!
In trying to describe what love was, I settled on the idea of a lens, for the mind rather than the eye of course, through which you might view an aspect of the world of your choosing. This character, affectionately nicknamed "Loverboy," has one such lens for all of time and space. What he intends to do about it remains to be seen.

Since I did my wish of luck and love for everyone that's entered this contest so far, much earlier and a few pages ago. I thought I'd do something else commemorate the last day before the deadline. I'm still proud of my 2nd entry, but here's my 3rd and final one ft. two OCs who are actually a couple.
I think I went pretty strong for showing the concept of love. I put a pretty contructive vision of what kind of love we see in this picture. Yeah Final Bosses are scary and thats why friends are there for. To stay with you and cheering you the most they can. Thank Æthraniss to be the best for Licx ^^

This illustration was supposed to be finished hours ago, unfortunately, we got a blackout, and we only got lights back on an hour or so. After rushing it like crazy, I somewhat finished it, even if with kinda bad quality and late.
