From my memory of what @LexRodent found out, she was overusing stock loops and engaging in theft of other people's audio and using it as her own — things that we have been known to ban people over — and that constituted the first ban. She had a username, ValeriaKitten, but that got banned as soon as it was discovered that something of hers put on the NG Front Page was in fact stolen.

To her credit, she did keep a good cover: she did make the occasional original and remix. But a number of her tracks in the first account were found to be stolen.

Now, in spite of the ban posted on the first account, she used an alt to do her next offence, which was stock loop abuse. The ban was much harsher this time.

Moral of the story: don't come crying to say Newgrounds (or anywhere, for that matter) doesn't give second chances when you are obstinate about breaking the same rules that allow everyone else to upload stuff, that's like breaking any sense of fair play.

We do not ban people for shit reasons. There's always a story behind.

They tell their version of it ; We have our own as well.

Also regarding Nanobii :

That user is not banned. The account just went trough a verification process to prevent impersonation.

@DynamiteGrizzly brings hard dance beats inspired by classic BEMANI rhythm games and related VGM. He makes more atmospheric works as cataidana, and is currently working on a game OST.

@KirkMarkarian creates microsound/ambient music as Neuro... No Neuro. His soundscapes are generally bright and peaceful, with some sharp digital edges to tickle your brain. His latest album is here, and probably more representative than his Newgrounds profile:

@PhantasmosTheData has an original, dramatic style that he has appropriately referred to as "gloom". Wavering melodies, unsteady rhythms, dark atmospheres.

@ThatAndyGuy very recently made a strong entrance on Newgrounds, receiving immediate recognition for knowing his way around a jazzy VGM groove. Keep him in your sights!

OOh, I have a few to add

Most of the people in this list have barely any music uploaded here on NG, I meet most people in other smaller communities, but fr check out their Bandcamps/Soundclouds/whatever because they make some great stuff.
