So, the Bengals can actually hold on to a 4th quarter lead? It doesn’t really change the fact that they need serious help at O-line and defense, but they are showing some signs of improvement at least. As for Tennessee, I honestly don’t know how good this team really is, as outside of Buffalo, they seem to be too lackadaisical for their own good, and playing against crappy teams inflated their record. A 5-2 record is nothing to scoff at, but not all winning records are as great as they look, just go ask the Bears or the Browns.
Speaking of the Browns, you got your ass handed to by the Raiders, another winning team. I kind of expected them to lose, but not be that impotent on offense, so much for Mayfield being better without OBJ.
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

Cincy started to look a bit shaky towards the end of the fourth quarter there, honestly, like they were gearing up for a classic Bungles finish, but they were just too far ahead with too little time left for them to totally shit the bed. While the O-line was shockingly good today, I think this win really came down to Joey B. having an awesome day as QB against a Tennessee team with hideous third down defense and laughably bad pass rushers.
I still expect to see this Titans team in the postseason again so it's honestly impressive we got the win today. I am thoroughly pleased. Also wanna add here that picking up Quinton Spain was a good move from the Bengals front office. He looked good today and I don't even know if he fully knows all of his teammates and the playbook.

Why is Pittsburgh struggling so much against an injury-riddled Cowboys team? Cincy was supposed to be one to end the Steelers's winning streak!

Because they have a maddening tendency to play down to their competition.
In other news: I saw one of these in a Sheetz parking lot yesterday. No joke. I texted my husband, whose reply was "NO RACING."

Oh well. They squeaked out a win. Onto next week where Joe Burrow is gonna carve them up!!!

Came back to this thread in a long while expecting to see some badass vehicles, but just simply cars that look good. Well as the saying goes, "If you want to do something right..."
Also gives me an excuse to use this theme.

Why are they still sending Tom Brady out to get slaughtered? Isn't that what Blaine Gabbart is for?
Texans-Browns has been delayed due to severe weather in Cleveland.
Bengals-Steelers isn't supposed to kick off until 4:15, but if this keeps up, I would not be surprised if there was a delay. It's like I'm in a wind tunnel. Large trees are bending, it's almost constant, and I would not be surprised if we lose power. Judging by that squeaking noise from the side of the house, we may be losing siding.
The last time I was in a windstorm this bad, I was living in Ohio and after Ike came through, I had no power for almost a week. Before losing power that Sunday, I remember I had the Browns-Bengals game on while waiting for the Steelers game to come on and the goalposts were swaying like crazy. I would not be surprised if that were happening at Heinz Field now. For that matter, I wonder if one has ever come crashing down anywhere.

Had no clue it was so rough out towards you guys. It's been kinda gloomy around here, but the wind hasn't been much of an issue. I wonder if it's headed this way or not.
Bengals struggling already, but it's not as much of a beatdown as I thought it would be. Pittsburgh really does play down to its level of competition.

Yeah, I ended up listening to the first half on the radio because our power was out for three hours.
I'm still wondering how the hell Burrow managed to run into his own guy on the sidelines.
It’s amazing to me that, despite winning a crazy amount of Super Bowls, this is the first time that the Steelers have ever gone 9-0.
This Bengals team needs to have an amazing draft next year because that o-line is going to put Joey B. into early retirement if it’s not fixed ASAP.

I'm amazed at the same stat myself.
I think it'll be 10-0 once the Steelers play the Jags next week, but then they play the Ravens again. Though if they win again, I can once again give my Baltimore-based company a hard time. XD

Today was the first time the Lions have been shut out in Matthew Stafford's career.
If I hadn't already stopped watching Lions games this year, this would have been the breaking point. But alas, I was already tired of Matt Patricia's shit 3 weeks ago. Fire Patricia, fire Bob Quinn, and hire leadership that doesn't contain FUCKING CLOWNS.

My husband jokes that the rescheduling of the Ravens-Steelers game is to keep the Steelers from going 11-0.

Obligatory “Fuck you, Mike Brown” comment.
This team will never get better as long as he owns this team, as he already squandered 2 quality QBs and a Super Bowl caliber roster in the early 2010’s, and is already trying to make Joe Burrow into the next Archie Manning.
What makes it worse is that the BROWNS of all teams, are actually competent for the first time in decades. Sell the fucking team, Mike Brown.
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.
So I can't watch the game tomorrow because the Ratbirds can't keep their COVID shit together. They are saying Tuesday, but who the fuck knows.
I'm worn out, so other than Christmas decorations, I just wanted to veg in front of the TV. Though having the TV on when I'm hanging ornaments is always good.
Are you breathing easy now that your team is FINALLY playing against the Ravens @RydiaLockheart? It only got delayed by six days!
Probably not, though. They're playing WAY down to the level of their competition. This is the shakiest 10-0 squad that I've ever seen.

I told everyone at work I'd believe it when I saw the coin toss. They were all upbeat about RGIII playing today.
But...yeah. Of course I'm happy, but the 11-0 record is dumb luck since they've been playing a bunch of terrible teams.

About 2 weeks from now, Pittsburgh will go against the Bills in Buffalo, and 2 weeks afterward, they play the Colts who’ll be fighting for a playoff spot, let alone their division. If they can win those 2 games, then they may have what it takes to challenge Kansas City for the AFC title.
Of course, knowing Steelers’ recent history, they just as likely going to fuck all that up and curse themselves in the process.
Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.
Am I the only person watching this Miami vs Cin game? This has been the craziest game. There has been five ejections. I repeat, Five players were kicked out. The Bengals have this player # 80 who keeps doing illegal plays. Two times in a row, the Bengals punted Miami the ball, and # 80 illegal hit the Miami receiver.
Miami sacked the Bengals QB # 8, and he left the game. # 5 took over for them. The game went about 25 mins overtime. Miami ended up winning 19-7. It would of been higher, but they took away two touchdowns from Miami .
I probably did not describe it well, but it was a crazy and wacky game.
