This month's voting pool isn't particularly great at all. In the past we had better quality to the point where I had to sit through several things over an over to make a decision on the order of several top spots. Is this really the mindset of people? Like some of the submissions are an insult to the quality submissions when it's just some guy yelling loudly trying to be funny over some seriously bad graphics (you know who you are).

What really pissed me off this time around is the amount of Among Us videos. I just feel like we need more diversity next time. We have some amazing artists here and to see this month flooded with so much crap is very offputting.

I'm sorry to all the true artists who have to be associated in the same nominee pool as this crap just like all the bad Elon Musk videos two months ago. Everyone just HAD to make an Elon Musk video. They all were horrible. Some of the community must just have really bad taste.

There should be a secondary quality check not simply a popular vote or whatever. There needs to be some extra measure taken to prevent repetitive monotony in the future. And more quality over crap.

I know I'm going to get shit for this and I don't care. Can you imagine not calling out any awards ceremony for nominating the bare minimum crap? Out of all they have to pick from? Just look at the Oscars. Very few times they get it right. But at least we don't have some Hollywood movie that looks like it was shot by a beginner with bad vocals yelling trying to be funny and failing miserably.

Honestly I would. I really would if I knew how to do all this I would jump at the chance to post content, but I'm no coder. I have ideas, but I want to be able to do it all myself. I mean I wouldn't waste it with crap submissions. Some effort at least damn.

We have so many talented people here. One guy, forget his name, didn't make it in this month. Maybe he just didn't make anything, but certain people dish out constant gems. Others have such quality it's a shame their submissions aren't actual shows on television. They belong there some of them.

I don't know how long this monthly voting thing has been going on, but I always wondered if Ghost Motel ever received any award for one month all the many many.... many years ago before it was abandoned (should totally be finished)

You don't have the required or appropriate skills to make something but you've got a motivation to learn that stuff, the only thing you're missing is actually buckling down and giving it a good go. I think if you put your mind towards seeing some of your ideas come to life it would benefit benefit everyone here, especially because I only have a vague idea of the level of quality you want to see from the website.

Making something as an example of something you want to see on the site would be a lot more helpful to people and would probably encourage and inspire others to follow suit. A post like this probably isn't gonna do much

I just checked all the uploads OP has made to see if they had made anything that could be nominated in a month, and I came across nothing. OP also has a love for porn, so it would make sense that no submissions would meet their needs, as adult submissions are not allowed in the monthy pool.

Are you not aware of the fact that both the Elon Musk & Among Us animations were part of contests that were being held by Newgrounds, which is why there were so many submissions on those topics?

What's next, are you gonna complain about all the Madness animations on Madness Day?

When I first spoke on this I asked why A Rated content wasn't allowed and they said because it would overtake the nominee pool and drown out M and lower, which is a fair statement, but if we're being consistent... Do you see the issue? Consistency. That's always my point with any issue and it's something that people fail at massively here on Newgrounds. No consistency. Meanwhile you have amazing talented people like MissMoonified and Grand Cupido and Baron Strap who would win a bunch of these effortlessly.

This is not true. I have enjoyed several quality posts especially E Rated. I just would have to really search through my liked content to find it. But I simply want the talented people back.

I really don't care what you think about them not reading. I'm addressing a bigger issue that concerns a statement by staff that says this is not suppose to be one-sided but rather diverse in content.

I would but you're a moderator and we've been down that road and you don't agree with me despite understanding what I stated. Every time I get to to undisputed facts a conversation gets shut down so you have people who have chopped pieces of overall information, but anyone who has actually come to me and seen the link has understood and immediately agreed with me.
