I've only ever had a shot of Vodka, on my 18th birthday this past October.
It tasted like shit, so I took a drink of the pepsi in my minifridge, and then burped and had fire breath from the vodka.
It was a pretty rad birthday

In my neck of the woods we have something a little similar, and it is forbidden to drink any way except shot straight.
The first kind of alcohol I got burnt out on. It was cheap shit and I didn't know my limits.
