Null is an "old school" internet personality. He's been around for a hot minute, and he's generally put his money where his mouth is to support what he believes in. Generally that has been Free Speech, up to and including the ability bash lol cows (like Chris Chan) and support unpopular opinions (like support for Trump).
I don't agree with Null's politics. Like, AT ALL. However, he's always seemed like a "one of us" kind of dude, someone who you could approach on an individual level and who was totally willing to defend himself and his views in a debate. Also, kiwifarms, love it or hate it, always had access to information that was scrubbed from other sites like google, youtube, fb, reddit, etc. If there was video of mass shooting, riot, bombing, etc, you could find a link on kiwifarms.
Right now Null's having a crisis of conscious as Kiwifarms was a major platform for Trumpers, only to find Trump attack proposition 230, the letter of the law that says users themselves are responsible for the content they post and not the site owners. If this proposition is struck down, Null would become liable for all hatespeech and slander on his site, and he would be forced to take it down.
I'm interested to see other's positions on Null, as I feel bad for the guy having worked so hard to promote Trump only to get stabbed in the back with Trump's authoritarian attempts at media control in light of his twitter beef.
I'd like to believe Null is a good guy deep down, just horribly confused by bad information.
What do you guys think?
Me playing accordion and singing, even though I'm totally a drummer.
HATE.
Because how else do you explain 1.2 million years of perpetual war?
