Well rest in peace Grumpy Cat. I think I saw the iconic meme picture of her around mid 2013 on FaceBook. My first thought was, "Why the frown face?", well it was really to see the frowning cat. When I saw that twitter picture of her (on the link in the thread), I'm surprised that this is the only photo, that I have ever seen that she look's surprised. It's sad to hear that she died at 7 years of age...

Just want to throw it out there, Grumpy Cat's owners were shitty people. They named her Tard because of her birth condition underbite, then changed her name when she started getting famous. They sedated her constantly for photo ops and filming because they didn't want her to be squirmy. She died at only 7 years old.
Expect RIP Grumpy Cat merch from these people.

Agree, exploited a deformed animal after naming it a variation of retard. Also, I dunno this but, it doesn't sit well with me to breed for dwarfism.
In the few home videos I've seen, the cat doesn't look like it functions well or is enjoying life, and these were mostly "play" videos.
I've had my head bitten off a few times for stating this and similar, I never liked the meme.
