Should people be uploading them to the portal? I thought it was meant for finished work.

I mean, I would never upload an animatic of an animation I'm working on, but a playable alpha or beta of a game might make sense, so you can get feedback from the community so it could help you finishing it (in a maybe better way).
Just seems odd, considering we have the dumping grounds and the forums. But fair enough!
