A basic understanding of anatomy and the 12 principles of animation

Access to flash/ csp

Don't fret if you're new to animation or how the pipeline works we'll walk you through the process. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in improving their skills. I've worked as a storyboard artist for B.E.T and have been freelancing for years. So along with improving your technical skills, I can help you build your portfolio and give you advice on how to approach employers.

Thank you for your response Mabelma!

This is largely a volunteer position, however, we are taking on more and more paid projects and I expect to hire full-time positions within the next 2 years. For the paid projects the compensation varies from project to project but is almost always over $9 per hour.

Im a great artist but not so great animator would love to join but im still on old software i use adobe flash. Im also a voice actor as well

This is a great opportunity, sadly I just don't have the time to work on it. If it was like a 2-4 hrs a week gig, maybe I'd be down, but from the look of that storyboard you are going to need a bit more commitment.
