I'm gearing up to purchase a drawing monitor/pen display/whatever tablet for my birthday this year. I can't afford the Cintiq, my budget is $400 ish.

What do you look for in a drawing monitor? What do you like/dislike about yours?
I want to make a more informed purchase than "big screen" and "8k levels of sensitivity." Here are one, two, and threeoptions I have been considering. You absolutely cannot give me too much information. Please fire away.
