I honestly find the act of falling asleep easier than staying asleep ,I tend to get up a couple times during midnight after going to the restroom to pee or having a bad dream I am literally staring up at the ceiling for several minutes at a time until eyes finally get so dry that I have to close my eyes

Is there a thing you do that helps you get more relaxed before falling back to sleep? I recently started on audiobooks,the one I'm currently on is on the 46 hour mark I think
