in flash press file publish preveiw
then veiw the sourse
copy the html and paste it on your page
thats the easy way to do it

The previous answer demonstrates the easiest way of inserting a .swf file into your site.
The simplest code required is the <embed> tag.
The <object> tags (put simply) are there to tell older browsers / browsers incapable of setting Flash embeds aside from other types, (like sound), the exact content / parameters of the embedded object, together with what the browser should do (in more detail than the embed tag) if it can't work out what to display.
