Hey there NG animators, if you make character animation using Adobe After Effects like me then you might be interested in a little script called "Mouth Shapes". Lip syncing's a bitch, it takes a bit to set up and it takes an eternity to execute so with the help of my partner Malcolm we've created a script that takes all the bullshit hassle out(no it's not totally automatic, auto lip syncing based on waveforms never looks good).
