I need feedback on my art. I only have a few drawings up, I've been a very odd user of flash and I don't have much consistency. Getting scouted would be a little more motivating but im not sure how to, any tips?

You might want to try posting a few more pictures and in the art forum. There, other artists can give you help and hints.
