Audio issues-Audacity/ Flash

Heya! I'm new to animation and I've been voicing my own things in my videos.

When I record my audio and edit it in audacity it sounds great, when i transfer it into a WAV and use it Flash it still sounds great. But when I render the Flash file into an MP4, the audio turns to garbage.

Any ideas?

It's just a guess, and it'd help to hear the files or to have you describe in which way the sound has been degraded, but my first thought is that there's an issue with a sample rate mismatch when you're converting to .mp4. Is there a way for you to check the sample rate of the .wav file? It should be around 44.1kHz. Compare this to what the mp4 is converting the audio sample rate to. Or maybe, for some reason, your original .wav's sample rate is set to something strange like 12kHz and it's trying to up-sample it to 44khz when you convert it to .mp4?
