got an idea fora game and was wondering how to go about coding this beast thought id try n see what was out there to help me in this indevore
*game idea
hack n slash beatem up
moves to actions, lvl with use
gear deteriorates, or wares with use, but can be saved coated to mend or prevent deterioration(like coco butter)
pick up items
combine items to form gear and additional items
explore atmispheres and beat up or interact with enemies
menu screen for selecting items, looking at combination lists,charactures development chart to moves being used or developed to settings
able to play with controller- no analog-add that later(trying to keep it simple)
this would be nice backing a network or online play
*in giving items to ememies they get stronger and apear to other players making the game more evolving hard or challenging for others
* in interacting with an enviornment in a way the inviornement is changed untill aided to be as was before or like (cut a tree down,(tree stays gone))*plant a bush the bush takes the place till removed or other wise))

(growth-withuse)in all directions-so like one tap to the left makes movement you tap again the movement gets faster kinda deal till it forms a attack or avation based action based on how its used
new abuilities form with use
objects that can be picked up to invitorized and combined
the use of objects and the animations of using or with using being shown
the aplication of locations able to be used in and around char. or wearable items(you can put things indiffrent places its not just arm based it can be a hat as well(so multiple images for a single item)
move based actions for ai if done then type deal volly effects
functioning apimspear charicture moves but doesnt really move its the world around them that moves to them and there actions effect the space they r in
collitions based theropy
basicly for right now thats the jist would love some help in and around this got drawing down :D
