Hey all, I had a question about pre-roll ads.
My previous two games (both HTML) collected pre-roll revenue fine.
However, in my latest HTML5 game, I haven't seen a single pre-roll ad yet, and there's no pre-roll revenue reported in my Revenue Stats,\
To make clear:
- The game's Ad Status is Approved.
- I confirmed the game connects to the Newgrounds.io server (console-our on NG site)
. I'm using v3 of the HTML5 Api
- The only api-related code is the code I used to connect to the server.
I'm hoping the pre-roll data just hasn't been reported yet; I saw the following warning:
Note: Some of the revenue sharing formats (such as pre-roll ads) may take several days to be reported.
However, I published my game more than 2 weeks ago.
