I used to get this problem before. I think it takes some time (hours or even days, I dunno. :/ ) to update the submission. Liljim replied that it's probably an issue with server cache.

So, what if the judges judge the old version? I mean they could click the link and listen to the old version instead of listening to the updated one because there is a problem in the server, couldn't they?

They key is to clear their cache first. If you clear your cache, it'll show the new version of the song.

I'm sure the judges are smart enough to do the clear-your-cache thing before listening. Besides, the judges should not listen to your track until the deadline, so there's no chance of that glitch happening. At least, TL does that. Don't know about the others.

Well, I don't listen to any tracks but I probably end up clicking on all of them in order to add the links to the judges' doc and check for common violations of the rules. I'll make sure to remind the judges to clear their caches before the judging phase starts. Thanks!

In that case, the best solution is to create a new project, unfortunately. Anyway, said issue was a year ago, and I think they fixed it. :)
But @1f1n1ty said it was just his cache, so there's no problem when others see the piece, except that person has seen it before.

It was actually Wednesday. I know that's kind of strange, but in past years we've had the submission phases end on Friday so that the judges could score everything over the weekend. However, as the competition has grown larger it became really hard to pull that off. I'll try to arrange a schedule that makes more sense next year. Maybe we just need more judges...

I was afraid the judges downloaded the piece right away when it's uploaded and listen to the downloaded version instead of listening directly from the web. I hope that won't happen. :)
