Stuck in my head on the reg, lately.
Unknown Mortal Orchestra - I Can't Keep Checking My Phone
For a UMO song it sure sounds Hot Chip-y, but I dig it!

Criminally underrated period for Black Sabbath. Tony Martin is a fucking amazing singer for the music being played.
End of Line.

I'll take a walk behind Melody Lane
I'll follow her as she turns through the rain
They say she's good but I can't feel the same
I want her
I saw her dance when she first hit the scene
Creep joint romancing with amphetamines
But tramps like me stay in shadows unseen
I want her
I'm not her kind of lover
My mind will not recover
I just want my time with her
Melody Lane
I'm not the kind to kill her
I just want drugs to thrill her
We'll spend the night together
Melody Lane
Her face lit up under yellow street light
With eyes of fear as she caught me in sight
I won't hurt her, but she knows that I might
I want her
She pulled a knife as she lunged in the dark
Cut up my arm like a bloody remark
The curtains twitched and the hound dogs did bark
She left me for dead
I staggered on my way home past leering eyes and taunting
voices
As blood dripped from my flesh wound I knew my thoughts
would scream in terror
Forever and ever...
Never would have known about this song if it wasn't for Dad's home:
Some tight ass desert rat grooves.

Courtney Barnett who really reminds me of my youngin' days, listening to Nirvana and "grunge" music. Plus she's Australian - what is it about Australian gals @FoAngel?

We're just bundles of fun Mr Bren. Also if I may direct your attention to some other artists/ bands you might enjoy Merril Bainbridge, Machine Gun Fellatio and Baby Animals. You may like them you may not. But there was a dry spell where Australian rock went down the tubes but with people like Barnett it's making a comeback

So much 90s here. No love for Silverchair? I used to listen to them back in the day.

You're welcome. There are also other good bands that I like to listen to; even though they're not on the list. There are just so many good bands to listen to, no matter what genre it is! :D
Newest Ghost album.
I'm trying really really fucking hard to like this as much as Infestissumam. But I don't know if I can...

i think i enjoyed it more.
i'unno, i definitely think cirice is their best song. albeit more accessible i feel meliora is heavier, sounds more like opus.
The entirety of Downtown Battle Mountain. I've listened to this album over hundreds of times but it never gets old.

Cirice is a really good song. But I'd personally put it at being as good as one of the best songs on Infestissumam. But Monstrance Clock, Year Zero, and Infestissumam/Per Aspera Ad Inferni are better to me. Though I'll admit Meliora IS a bit heavier. Though out of their 3 albums so far, it's got the least amount of songs that I legitimately LIKE.
Right now on my playlist I'm listening to Kokoro by Ryuichi Sakamoto
