I was rooting for all the amazing frame-by-frame animations submitted this month. depressing stories by @dylan was my favorite, I always look forward to the 5 second day shorts. (notes on) biology was a close second, and the stop-motion stuff awed me too. It was a really good month!

Mind you I'm certainly not saying the top 5 aren't absolutely amazing! They most definitely deserve the recognition.

Well, at least two of the movies I voted for got in the top 5 this time. And I think it's funny that generally hated submissions were runner-ups like Pikachu: Get in the Ball (which I voted for) and End of Sonic Inflation.

Hey, wait a minute. What determines how many runner-ups there are? How come the movies go up to 20 and the games go up to 23? Did the rest of the submissions not receive a single vote or something? No, that's impossible because I know I voted for that ArtistGamerGal Pokemon toon.

And wait another minute. CrossCode came out in February, but it wasn't up for voting, was it? Did it not get frontpaged until March? How did that happen? How did it get #1 Weekly users' choice, but not get any daily awards?

And wait yet another minute. End of Sonic Inflation came out in January, but won 23rd best of February because it wasn't frontpaged until February.
