Thank you everyone who participated in December and helped 2014 end with a bang!

We'll be featuring a lot of artists on the front page this month and it would be greatly appreciated if you checked in daily and followed the ones that interest you! One of our goals for 2015 is to see a bunch of fresh faces in the Most Followed Artists list. @deathink just arrived at #48 this week as a result of his front page nudge.

For years I rarely clicked the "favorite" button myself because it didn't have much utility. Nowadays I'm a follow-fiend though because I love having tons of vetted artists in my feed. You'd be amazed by how much stuff you miss when you don't follow the artists you like!

Now *this* will be interesting! I remember hearing some stuff about a 1 vote per submission system, and that's something that I think could work well. It'd also have the side effect of encouraging users to vote on the submissions Under Judgement to deposit their points for the day, which is never a bad thing.

It actually involves making the review scoring bar the only vote bar, where you have a single vote and can edit it.

which has for us who have spent the last X amount of years voting has become completely pointless because some whiny millennials. not to mention screwing it up for us who just pick whatever and vote so we can deposit our EXP for the day. I do hope we at least don't have to write a review so we can deposit?

Actually the change has been planned for ages now to address zero bombers. You won't have to write a review and your XP will even be deposited instantly with each vote, vs requiring hitting the daily max.
