Can youu make an Icon Similar to tox's. As in all lines are neon and the image is transparent.

I think either way is fine. In the history of request, we had various request. (that was descriptive...)

Do you mean something like this? The background is transparent so it'll look like is on a dark background but with the star showing through but if you want it with a dark, matt background here you go.
