ah good ol paper and scan animation. I really respect this. These look good. Good job dude and I look forward to seeing more.
So glad i checked this out ! Good follow through and fluidity. given its just so e of your whatevs haha
Hopefully soon ill be doing some paper and pencil stuff, but flash is good for now. Anyways, one problem ive always had is maintaining the same look and drawing one frame to the next. Any tips on how i can keep my drawings looking similar throughout? Again, great stuff !

Well I'd say first in designing the character construct him out of nice volume shapes. (cubes, spheres, cylinders) because that way you can always have that as a guide in the back of your head.
When working on paper i usually have a sheet of paper next to my animation peg where I have the standard character size. so that when I make my drawings I can quickly see wether it all matches.
Digitally I usually make an extra layer in the background for it.
Bumpin myself with some zombie progress.
Far from complete. :3
And im back with rough animation of a bear to a stupid dutch sentence.
All hail the shitty assigment :)
