This IS a big part of why I hesitate so much with the Pico Day parties, but we were at an extreme low point last year and went for it anyway and it ended up being a great time. My professional failings can't be an excuse for not getting everyone together.

And while we're at it, can we ask if there's going to be a Pico Day party this year? It's hard to think about that while you're watching your revenue fall while struggling to maintain it's levels.
Dude. Don't look at it as personal failings. You're a great guy with a solid head on your shoulders. I'm not basing this on kiss ass, but rather my personal experience in your company. No one can predict if an online code based product (flash) is going to fail or succeed. Just because it's been obsoleted by ever advancing products and technology doesn't mean that you failed somehow with this site and community. Moore's law and Kryder's law move so fast that no one can actually keep up. Those that can, live in a static clean jar and have no lives. Back in 2000 you were a god if you had a hard drive larger than 30 gigs. These days that's fucking peanuts. Ever watch shark tank? Inventors are often not good enterpreneurs. And that's not their fault, it's just how they are wired. Consider what you have accomplished so far. You started an online community and company from the ground up out of your basement practically. That's some Bill gates and Steve Wozniak shit right there. That right there is an achievement in and of itself. I don't know you very well personally other than through the informal pleasantries we've exchanged, but I believe the difference between you and say...Carnegie, is that you didn't sell your self short. Look at that faggot who sold his minecraft forum...citricsquid I think his name is? Totally fucked himself over. Shit blew up over night. You decided to stick with it regardless of the risk. That takes a lot of balls. And although I personally wished for something different than the path you took, I'm just an end user. This site is your life. You have poured countless hours, sweat, and tears into it. Who are we to really tell you what do to with something that you immaculately concepted and raised from the ground up? You've accomplished more in your short 30 something years than most of us accomplish in a life time. And who's to say you won't move on to bigger and better things?
Everyone here needs to acknowledge that Tom Fulp has bigger balls than Andrew Carnegie did. Citricsquid has little mincey faggot balls. Tom Fulp has great big brave balls.
