Pretty stoked that FL Studio 11 will finally be coming after FL 10 being out for more than 2 years. It should be out next week. All of us who own FL 10 will get 11 for free thanks to lifetime free updates, which is freakin' great- can't wait. Watching the 'What's New' video made me scream like a little girl. Newtone 2, vibrato, oh yea!

About damn time... I've been waiting for a stable (read: non-beta) version of FL Studio to come out ever since I got my APC40 so I can play with performance mode without dealing with beta bugs.

64 Bit version comes out a couple of weeks after the 32 Bit one according to replies to comments on the video. Looking forward to finally being able to load as many samples as I could possibly imagine.

Is seriously nobody excited that FL is gonna be universal soon? I mean they are already beta testing the mac version, and they released deckadance 2 as a working universal program like last week.....but people have been saying that shit will never happen for like 10 years....since its inception really.

The removal of the 'patterns' section upsets me quite a bit, it's very important when it comes to staying arganized for me. Will have to try a demo of 11 when it comes out though before I update.

Dude....you can put out patterns on the playlist in literally the same format as the blocks if you want. Its the exact same thing just with more customization and integration.

I still personally find it more appealing and easier to keep organized when you have a single visual channel dedicated to one pattern, and not having to scroll through a list in order to bring up the one you want. I know it's completely a personal preference I've aquired from using the program from before there were any audio playlist at all (3.5), but it's still how I like to work, and it's a lot more organized when I have it.

Regardless, everything aside from that being taken out (unless they are going to include the option to have it like 10 does) everything looks pretty awesome, interested to try it out.

They have pattern selector which is hotkeyed to the side mouse button. Its more of a graphic representation and its damn fast. Beside that, You can also lock patterns to a track so that you dont have to select it on that track anymore after the first time.

Regardless, you are talking about saving maybe a couple seconds of a many multiple hour process.

I Forgot when they implemented it. But I think it was in 10 when they first took the blocks away.

All I have to do is right click a track on the left of the playlist and select lock to content.

I'm finding that I keep dragging my patterns and making them longer instead of adding patterns. Seems they extended the range of dragging (1 bar now, depending on how far zoomed in/out you are) which I'm not too happy about :(.
