Now I like some good N64 as much as the next guy, but what's Your favorite childhood game. No console limits, any game. EXCEPT CURRENT GAMES (FUGGIN 6 YEAR OLD COD PLAYERS) Mine? possibly river city ransom, just for the fact that instead of going a straight line like this A-----B you can do this. A---/\---B. It's also an RPG beat em up, which was refined in games like castle crashers and scott pilgrim. Well, if you exc(uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me princess.) ima go play river city ransom.

I believe that the Gameboy Color was the first handheld console that I had. My favorite game for that was Pokemon Yellow.
Then once I got an N64, I loved to play Spiderman 64, Mario Kart 64, and Super Mario 64. On the Dreamcast, I loved Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2. I wanted to own Toy Commander for the Dreamcast, but I couldn't get a hold of it back then.

So many to choose from. I'd personally go with Donkey Kong 64, Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2, LoZ: Ocarina of Time and Majoras Mask, the first three Spyro games, Beetle Adventure Racing, Starfox 64, and Jet Force Gemini.

I absolutely bloody loved Rocket Knight Adventures on the Megadrive as a kid. Possibly my favourite 2D platformer ever.

When I got a little older, I was obsessed with the PS1 Final Fantasies, though I'm not as into them anymore. Still love the music, though.

Tony Hawk's American Wasteland and Runescape, both I started playing when I was about 9 y/o and quit playing when I was 12-13 y/o. They're my first and second most played games ever. I used to play them 24/7.. Now I have a hard time playing any games more than 1-3 hours without taking a break.

Mortal Kombat 2. Oh the countless hours me and my brother spent doing fatalities, hitting that BACK, BACK, LOW PUNCH combination with Scorpion.

Fun fact nr.1 - i still have the original MK2 box with everything, the manual, the 3 1/2" floppies.

Fun fact nr.2 - this is the game that made my father buy us a soundcard and speakers. Before MK2 we didn't have them, but when my dad bought us the game we were begging him to buy them. My brother still has those speakers, they're sitting on a shelf.

Some of my favourite childhood games:

-Pokemon Red
-Super Mario 64
-Goldeneye 007
-The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

There were lots of other games I loved as well, but these were really amazing to me as a kid and I played them as much as I could. I still play them from time to time, except for Pokemon Red which hasn't aged well at all in my opinion.

Ocarina of Time and Final Fantasy VIII, I always have a hard time choosing between them but I'll probably go for Ocarina of Time.

I guess Tales of Symphonia would technically count as a childhood game for me. I played that game when I was 11-12 years old.

I was blown away by how great that game was. When I found out years later there was multiplayer co op when I finally bought the game I was absolutely thrilled I could play it with my friends and share the experience (The first time I played it was on a rental.)

Depends how far back you want to go. When I was the littlest babby it would have been Sonic 3 and Super Mario Bros.+Duck Hunt. around the N64, PSX era it would have been any given Pokemon game.

My parents didn't allow me to play games in fear I would neglect my studies. And my father firmly believed they would fill the computer with viruses
So it's rather sad to say my favorite game was Minesweeper...

- Croc
- Banjo-Kazooie
- Diablo I + II (Fucking miss the old battle net.)
- Tomb Raider games (Don't remember which ones but they were on the PC and one of them had some tutorial mission in a mansion ending with a swimming pool (It's been 12 years.) Until my dad hid them in the ceiling tiles due to my addiction and the "violence."
- Spyro 2: Riptos Revenge

These are just ones that I spent the majority of my time playing.
