I just got a Hercules RMX board and I did a couple of remixes, but I'm not sure if its ok to upload them up to Newgrounds. The one I made is called Next Gen Illmerica, both of the tracks used are made by Wolfgang Gartner, I'm not usre if its legal for me to upload them. Can someone help me with this matter?

It is legal only if you did not use any samples from the original song in your remix, nor any other copyrighted samples.
