The catch is i have Windows XP, which is outdated as Hell. So, if anyone knows a good game making program that will run on my shitty ass software, be my guest, and post me a link.

Pretty much everything still works on XP.
Windows XP isn't a problem at all. More programs still work for that than for Windows 7 or 8. I had to upgrade from an ancient Macromedia version of Flash to a new Adobe version when I upgraded OS. As for programs, there are plenty of free versions, and cheaper versions, but the original (Adobe) still gets my vote.
