Really, there's not a huge amount of new stuff in these games, but it's probably the biggest leap since gen 2 to gen 3, maybe even from gen 1 to gen 2.

I'm excited for them. I never really got into Black and White. Played through them and left it there, whereas I sunk a ton of time into Platinum. Hopefully these will get me back into the series.

Do that with the Gen 1 starters you get early in the game, and you have a full team of Gen 6 and 1 starters.

GAME are notorious for being unreliable with pre-orders, look into the Mass Effect 3 mess they had if you want to know more about it.

I cannot wait until October comes, and then I could go off and buy Pokémon Y. A new region, Mega Evolutions, and even better: I get to have TWO STARTERS! I want Froakie and Squirtle! This is even better than Pokémon Black and White!

Fossils were never version exclusive before, always just lets you choose between the two, don't see why it would be any different this time around.

Oh yeah that's right, but there are usually a few Pokemon that are version exclusive right (excluding the legendaries).

Actually, gen 4 did have version exclusive fossils. 1-3 and 5 did not, though.

So far we just know that Clauncher and Swirlix are exclusive to X and Skrelp and Spritzee to Y, in addition to the legendaries. I'm sure there'll be some others, too.
