Mine was an old 386 laptop with Windows 3.1. I thought I could never use it again, but here comes DOSBox!

Here it is running Internet Explorer 2.0. AKA before Microsoft decided to go bloatware. ... Also, strangely its the only browser I could get to run on Windows 3.11 on DOSBox.

It was an old laptop with Windows 98 that my grandparents gave me. The oldest desktop computer I have used is from 2003.

If Commodore 64s count then that.

Never can you complain about loading times on games when you literally had to wait 20 minutes for a shitty game to start back then.

Man, I wish I could remember what type of computer we used to have in my house up until I was about 6. My Sister said that we didn't even have internet until around the time I was born. That computer would take about 15 minutes to load a page. I would click on something, and go outside and do something else why I waited for it to come up. Then we ended up getting a new computer, It was an HP. It still wasn't the best, but we had it until I was around 10. Then came the one that we currently have in our living room, it has Vista, and I was stunned to how fast it was when we first got it. I have my own laptop that I got for Christmas this year now, and I love it. It's and Asus Ultrabook, Windows 8, and has an 8 GB RAM.

Either my first two computers (XT and Apple II) or some older shit from the late '70s.

The oldest pseudo-computer I have is a Magnavox Odyssey 2.

An Apple II is the oldest computer I've ever used.

It truly was a horrible piece of garbage, even for it's day, considering it heated up so much it caught fire.

Mine had a number pad, only one full height floppy drive, and a dark brown metal plate near the top.

I guess mine was a clone.

Started on a Radio Shack TRS-80 with an audio cassette drive and 5 1/4 floppy disk drives. Then we got Commodore Vic 20's, then 64's, then an XT PC running Microsoft DOS, like version 3 something. Used DOS for a long time before Windows came along.

I'm not 100% sure but I think I used one of the first computers installed with Windows 98. My parents bought it in 1998 and probably kept it until Microsoft ended support for it in 2006.

Describes my other first computer quite perfectly.

It had a 5.25" floppy, double height 5.25" hard drive, and a yellow monochrome Samsung EGA monitor.

Used DOS for a long time before Windows came along.

My first experience with Windows was in 1993 when grampa bought a brand new AMD 386 desktop with Windows 3.1, VGA color monitor, and an angular-looking two-button mouse - My first mouse ever.

I don't know about what the oldest computer I've used was but I do remember being excited about Windows 95 coming out. What a time that was indeed.

I'm not entirely sure it was a Macintosh II. I know for sure they had a computer with one of those boxy mice. I'm sure they had a Power Macintosh 5000 computer. After that they got a iMac G3 with that horrible round mouse.

A 3-4 foot tall tower from the mid 80s that ran MS-DOS. It had 64 MB of memory if I remember correctly, maybe even less. Still have it too, used it until the late 90s. And with that we had a VGA monitor the size of an old TV that only supported 256 colors, and an extremely loud and slow printer that made double perforated edges (fuck yeah)

Oldest computer I've used was my pairent's Tandy back in, like, 1997 or 1998. Not sure the exact model, though. I remember playing some interactive Fern Gully game on it.

The first computer I ever used was my dad's when I was a toddler. He had me playing some games on it like Cliffy, and I think either Defender or something very similar. I dunno what brand, year, or OS, though, but it would have been before Windows 95.

Well I found an old Luxor ABC 80 computer years ago not entirely sure about the model but It was from 1979, I got it to start at least but had no programs to try though.

The oldest computer I ever used was probably one that I used for years when I first got one in 2000. I don't even remember what it was called. All I remember was that one day a puff of smoke arose from it and it never worked again. I was amazed at how slow everything was on that computer, especially the games. It was funny, because some games actually worked better when they WERE slower.
