I predicted BOII (come on, who didn't see it coming); I don't think there will be a third though (hopefully they won't repeat Infinity Ward's mistake, but who knows - they may actually do a third). I predict a completely different (not in terms of gameplay) game, and not another sequel.
Infinity Ward is most likely behind the next one. Hopefully they don't fuck it up as bad as they did MW3.
Modern Warfare 4 will come out this year for PS3, PC, Xbox 360 and Wii U.
Then I speculate that the next Call of Duty, which I think will just be called "Call of Duty" will be released with a new engine for next gen systems in 2014, most likely by Neversoft giving Treyarch another year to make Black Ops 3.
