Just finished Deus Ex: HR, and am in the mood for more choice based gaming.
Played ME, NVN, Dragon Age, and really enjoyed the options, but would like more options that count for something.
Even got dragged into playing "Hatoful Boyfriend" (Dating Sim WITH PIGEONS) and liked how the responses lead to different endings (AND THEY'RE PIGEONS).
Anyone know some games like these I'd enjoy?

Well, I'll go for the obvious choice, the Mass Effect series, if you are REALLY into choice based stuff and some RPG elements.
However, Fallout 3 and Fallout NV consist of choices as well and has some big RPG elements, just that the choices don't impact on the main story as much.
Woops, didn't notice you already said Mass Effect. Well I'd still go with Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas.

EDIT: I'm also quite in the mood for Harvest Moon style games, but the most important factor is "decision making"

I believe Alpha Protocol is meant to be quite a decision orientated game. Never played it though. I hear it's lacking polish but there are some people who think it's an awesome game. Just it just depends on how forgiving you are.
Fallout 3 and Fallout new vegas, are basically a postapocalyptic shooting version of "the elder scrolls" (thus it was made by bethesda), The elder scrolls series (skyrim, oblivion, morrowind, etc)

Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen certainly gives you choices. It is a RTS/RPG game. Your moral choices and how you go about liberating cities and how much money you collect from the citizens as tributes will affect your reputation meter which will be a key factor in determining your ending, which I believe there are 11 or 12.

Deus Ex Human Revolutions is not an action RPG. It is an action game with RPG elements. The original Deus Ex is an action RPG. If you aren't going to be able to tell the difference then don't call them the same thing.

Only two. One you don't even find out about until the end, but you have to get the best ending practically. The other you have to make the right choices to reunite two lovers. However as far as having any sort of relationship with the other characters, that's gonna be a no.
If you have a Nintendo DS i would recommend any RPG fan to check out Fighting Fantasy:The Warlock of Firetop Mountain.Its a First-Person RPG that is a lot like the first couple Elder Scrolls games.

By fallout series I hope you mean 1 and 2 and New Vegas cause 3 is trash.. NV isn't even on the same plane as 1 and 2
