Nah the only good Lego game is the star wars one, and that was mediocre. And that's what I mean, by autumn things might pick up, but if they don't, the PS4 might fuck up Nintendo.

Nah I find the building and puzzles to tedious and boring.

You need a certain mindset. They aren't complex games, but they bring out the inner kid in everyone, and they usually have legitimately funny cutscenes and fun co-op.

This game may not have co-op, but it is the pinnacle of the series in my opinion, having played Star Wars 1 and 2, Indiana Jones, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter 1 and 2.

Plus, the open world city is really cool and very big, so you can't get bored in it. Always some little trinket to lure you in for 2 more hours of playing.

The first sales data from UK game retailers reveals that the Wii U sales have increased 125% since the release of Monster Hunter 3.

This was great news.

People are saying how it won't matter because it's still not that much, but screw them, it's better than nothing and obviously shows to developers that once Wii U gets good game that everyone is looking forward to, it will sell and boost the U's sales.

Did you guys see the new Yoshi game in the newest Game Informer magazine? It is coming up for the Wii U and all of the environments and character models look like they are made out of yarn. Looks pretty awesome to me even though their isn't that much information out on it yet.

Kind of late dude, that was announced like two months ago along with and New Zelda game and Wind Waker HD. Just saying, but you should get a Wii U, you post one the thread a fair amount but you haven't got one, you probably would enjoy it.

Just a suggestion though, if you don't want to, that's cool.

I spotted something interesting this morning, just a rumour, but hey, beats the constant negativity and doom BS.

Free Dev kits for 3rd parties?

If it's true, then that's awesome. More third parties will jump on the Wii U and we get more games, and the developers get free money. It's a win win situation!

I hope it's true, after that, it's just nothing but being an ass if there doesn't start to appear some surprising titles.

On another topic, couple months back when the freezing issue was still very common talk, someone said that turning Miiverse to allow English only would reduce the chance of freezing.

Well today I finally turned the option back to all languages, it felt smoother and I noticed how much more life there appeared to be on certain communities, than there was with "English only", yet most of the post were still written in English, interesting, feels like I would of taken a step to another dimension, full of germans, spanish and french.

My Wii U freezes every now and then. I hope the spring update reduces this or gets rid of it all together.

Mine freezes when there is clearly something that screws over my internet while using Miiverse or the browser, it's weird, but could the software just be so unstable?

I'm sure the next updates will fix it, if not, well the problem clearly requires more attention.

Yeah, it's really annoying when you are in the middle of an intense battle with like twenty soldier in Assassins creed 3 then it freezes.

Well, Ubisoft and Nintendo have confirmed Splinter Cell: Black List for Wii U, looks like I'm finally going to find out what the fuzz is all about with those Splinter Cell games eh?

I'm just hoping newegg offers a pre-order sale like a few months ago. I have it pre-ordered at 47.99 on the 360 already but would gladly transfer my pre-order over to the Wii U version if they let me.

The modern ones aren't as good, but they are good, the original three are the best, Pandora Tommorow is my favorite.

I heard that when you pre order in the states you get a mini statue of Sam. I'll probably get it for the Wii U or 360 as well, it depends which gets more players, I don't want to be waiting online for an hour to find a match like in Assassins Creed 3.

Assassins creed is because of ubisoft botching online with that version of the game. There are plenty of people you just can't get into a match with any of them because of their faulty matchmaking. Of course now that you bring up the issue I remembered this game is made by Ubisoft so now I wonder if I should back off a Wii U version since they may botch the online in another game if I am not careful.

I'm starting to have thoughts of keeping the 360 version pre-order in now since ubisoft is sure to not screw up THAT version of the game while the Wii U version could be easily as screwed up as Assassins creed 3 was.

Because this is Splinter Cell, and the series has had a tough couple of years, I'm doing what i always do when I'm skeptical about a game. I wait a few days or a week to see how fans like is and if it is good, then if it's good, I buy it. Now donw't get me wrong I LOVE Splinter cell (most of my favorite series are on my sig) but I will admit, it's become too action based compared to the original three. On the bright side, spies versus mercs is back, and that was the shit on Pandora Tommorow and Chaos Theory!

Well I do want this game. And if I cancel my pre-order I would have to wait for a price drop for it to match the 47.99 price I pre-ordered at. I'm sure I am mostly going to play the single player anyway since that's what I always liked about splinter cell but I am sure I will give the online a good look in this game and that's the only thing scaring me off the Wii U version just because of what happened with Assassins creed 3. I want my game to be complete and not have any part of it be broken. I just think maybe the Wii U version is at a higher risk of having a broken online after the issue with AC3.

I have faith in Ubisoft, what I'm more concerned about is Rayman Legends and it's online and story, if it's not good, the developer of that game will have my copy of the game up his ass! (I don't fuck around when it comes to Rayman, It's my favorite series of all time) Anyway, they probably have learnt from that mistake and will make the online good, maybe they'll eventually release a patch for it like they did with Zombi U. By the way, what's your name, I'll add you and we can play ac3, if you have it and if it works. Mine is Snoopertrooper3.

But are they WiiU exclusive levels?

Personally I don't mind about the delay and going multi-platform, but still, I just feel that it would be well deserved to get something special for the U version, but I guess the gamepad is there for that.

Wii U players will get to experience the game how it was intended by the developers, unlike Xbox/PS players.

I guess so, I wonder how the game will be on the other systems since it was build around the gamepad.

Is the demo still on the Eshop, I think I should try it out, I've only played Rayman 3 the hoodlum havoc and it was pretty damn great in my opinion.

Well the PS4 will probably be able to use a Vita as a touch gamepad but as far as I know Legends will come out on PS3.

It's still there, the first level is a little too focused on the gamepad thing but that's alright, just bring 1-3 friends along and you'll have fun.
