I think what you meant was if God was in a physical form, if we could truly see him and hear him would people still worship him. I think people would, because a majority of people are not as well informed or educated so those and those who they in-doctrine would worship him.
Which God are you even talking about, there are many to choose. I imagine you mean the Christian God. If so, then a lot of people would probably not worship him. People have enough trouble agreeing with their own government in the decisions it makes and does not make, so people would not worship God due to his rulings and thus they would probably be killed for it. Some might say that God wouldn't be so merciful, but if you read your Bible, out of all the people God doesn't like, critics are the ones he seems to have the most distaste for.
There would be people who would worship him out of fear and those who would want to retaliate against him. A futile attempt, but then again God has been known to be inept at things that happen on his creation. So overall yes people would still worship him, it would be hell on Earth though.
