Do you care about the users that want a real Newgrounds related chat?
Do you think that the current featureless chat suffices and meets the quality standards of this site?
What are your plans to increase the user base over the coming years?
When you initially conceived the idea, and created the website, did you ever think that it would expand into as large a production as it is today?
What are some upcoming projects that you are working on for the site, or what are some things that you aren't working on, but would love to implement some time in the future?
How much time and effort do you put into running and maintaining the site and everything about it? Would you say it's typical to a 40 hour work week, or is it 24/7?
Out of everyone that you've worked with over the years with the site, who would you say has been your most valuable co-worker and why? It can be either one individual, or multiple people.
Man oh man, the first page of this thread is fucking unbareable to read!
I wish I could think of something, but I kind of PM Tom all the time when there's something I wanna know about Newgrounds.
Hey, here's one:
Is it annoying that content creators get good to the point that they move away from Newgrounds? Egoraptor, BlueBaby (Ed McMillen), HotDiggedyDemon (Max Gilardi), Dan Paladin haven't updated for a year or more, even though they're still producing games and movies. Getting good at what you're doing is a huge strength of Newgrounds, but when the best contributors graduate away, it's kind of a weakness.
I feel like the blogs and video player is half a remedy for that (Jazza and HappyHarry, for example, are still here) and Newgrounds is getting web-player Unity support at some point, right? That Unity web player is really fucking good.
My main point is just what do you think about it, though.

Keep them coming.
Tom, is it weird seeing people gawk over you? Putting you, and your brother, in games? Practically worshiping you? Do you think you might have an ego problem one of these days?
Can you see yourself, 5 or 10 years in the future? What would have become of you? What would have become of Newgrounds?
What was the hardest thing about getting Newgrounds off the ground?
What does an average day in the life consist of for you?
...More to come, I'm sure.

Where's my medal?

Why would you...
When you had the choice of selling shares of Newgrounds to help fund what the site was doing, what kind of things helped you make the decision not to? (I'm pretty sure this is something Tom asked NG users about a year ago)
Was the new Supporter Upgrade inspired by Penny-Arcade's kickstarter or what? (Penny Arcade made a Kickstarter to take all the ads off their site and be funded by users instead)

Whoa narcissism much. Tom did make an open thread asking people if he should. So how he came to the decision not to would be interesting to know.

I think that is where he was shooting for though. Either way, it was a bit rude to just shoot down his question.
Okay so i heard that you developed a program that lets you convert flash files(.SWF) to console formats(You know Xbox, and PlayStation) so you can put Behemoth games on consoles. I was wondering whether you are going to make this open-source for indie developers to use. Why or why not
Gaze into my chocolate eyes...
Yeah I bet the answer to the venture capital question would just be him explaining what's good about being independant.
If there are better questions, then push that one down the list. I'm mostly trying to think of things that aren't "When is [X] coming out".

Behemoth games are ANIMATED and drawn in Flash, but then exported out as images and used in a regular game engine.
BUT- They have mentioned converting actionscript into C++ or something behind the scenes, and it's bin a really long time since I heard about it.
1. How did you get started being a game dev? Meaning what was your inspiration and how and where did you start learning?
2. What users do you miss the most? What people do you enjoy having now?
3. What feature, if any, do you regret making or giving out publicly? What feature do you love?
4. How do you balance your life? Behemoth and NG must take a lot of work, so how do you remember to get out of your house and office every now and then?
5. How often do you go home frustrated or angry? How often do you go home feeling like you just won the lottery?
Does he have anything up his sleeve to combat the growing animation community on YouTube? Maybe a way to bring them onto Newgrounds?
How big is Tricky the Clown's dick? It looks massive; but I'd like to know if you know the true measurement.
