As it was said before, many spammers were competing for it. They would produce nothing, but spam flashes until they got the turd of the week. Personally, I'm glad it's gone now we won't have a stupid "competition" for shittiest flash of the week.

I honestly didn't have a problem that most of them were spam flashes, they were always more entertaining than half the other flash on the site...
