Also, should I contact the Gators about this? This one has their colors and is labled "Gator" but I couldn't find any similar designs.

This thread is 8 pages long. How much of it do you REALLY think is necessary? This could have been handled with much less fuss and people wetting their pants with the thought of " going into battle "

I don't think ripping off a colour scheme is grounds for a lawsuit. Now, if anyone happens to stumble upon a Gators logo that's the same but says Gators, then you should contact them.

We don't necessarily know if the designer of the shirt is technically a Premium subscriber. If we find that out then this could be persued further.
Either way, it seems like nothing about that is going to done since the persona given off buy Sebastino is that the logo is free game.
