What would you do in a apocalypse

If the zombie apocalypse ever happened, what would you do? Go to a friends house, bunker up. Raid stores for guns and supplys. Go out and save people. Or just plain out shoot yourself ;p

My plan would be:

Wait for it to just hit where panic strikes. When nobody knows whats going on go to a walmart with a few people and raid the place for guns, ammo, food and supplys since they practically have everything. Since the police already have their hands tied they cant possibly be in more places at once. Get back to my house which is basically in the woods, get some wood the board up the house. Then while we still have electricity search on the map for the closest hardware store like Home depot because metal, and wood will be needed to fortify the structure. If its to far we would have to settle with closer places like lavender mountain which doesn't have much but would have to do. If we ever start to get low on food, go out to the highway to the supermarket and get some more. Another good thing is a pharmacy is near my house so if we ever needed antibiotics we have a good supply. Overall my location is pretty good.

So what would your plan be for the apocalypse?

I'd drive to my nearby flea market and stock up on swords and baseball bats, then I'd just beat the shit out of any zombies who come near me. I'm sure piles of rotting dead flesh wouldn't stand much of a chance against even the dullest sword.
Since my house is already pretty safe, I could just hide at home until the whole thing blows over.

If this is a zombie apocalypse we're talking, chances are it would hit big cities, like Boston or New York. I live in a rural Maine community. I would probably be safe, so long as a tourist didn't come with the virus.

If they did infect the community, everyone around here has more guns than people in Texas could ever dream about. It's not like it would be difficult for us to wipe them all out.

Well, I have an axe, so I would kill any zombies that got near to me, though I wouldn't go running after any unless they have started to attack someone I don't hate, due to my asthma. I'd probably break into the pharmacy and take some inhalers so I could start chasing those darned zombies. I'd go to my friends' houses to make sure they're okay, and if they aren't bitten or craving my brain, I'd see if they'd want to join me in my non-specific quest. I guess we'd just go around the country looking for a safe zone. But safe zones are boring, so I expect I would get in an argument with my slightly less foolhardy friend(s?), that would ultimately lead to something amazing and climactic, but I can't think of anything at the moment.

Zombie: I'd simply sit in a chair as I see thousands of zombies slowly come toward me. I'd reach down grab a pistol and proceed to kill myself.

Disease: Get the disease and spread it to as many people as possible.

World War: Wait to get drafted to the military, then fire on my own allies until they turn their guns on me.

Alien Invasion: I wouldn't do anything I'd just wait for them to kill me.

Natural Disaster: Again nothing, there's really nothing I can do.

I really have nothing to live for So I'd just let myself die in most scenarios.

To be honest, I know I'd be fucking useless after an apocalypse, so I'd probably find the heaviest, bluntest object I could heft, and start swinging. Finish of a couple of zombies before they take me down at least, be as helpful as I can be.
