Almost nothing stimulates me anymore I can't find inspiration to fo other things besides game, and everything just feels pointless or just not worth the payoff, ya know, Anyone ever felt like that?

These are common symptoms of depression...Maybe a visit to the Doc?

Eat more, sleep more, do your old hobbies but with different people, get new hobbies, or just change up your routine so there are new people in your life.

Okay, I wasn't looking for sympathy just repeatability. Besides I've moved around all my life and find that meeting new people every few years is tiresome. As nightowlRoost suggested I'm eating when I need to and not neglecting my body and it's helped a little on the lethargy aspect. This dead inside feeling isn't absolutely permanent rarely I get sparks and feel like drawing again or goin for a walk just to enjoy some outdoor exposure.

Do you have friends/acquaintances that you converse with on a daily basis? Consider a simple card game or other skill-based social activity. Since you game, I'm going to assume you have plenty of skill.

well I've never been one to regularly exercise. I occasionally do it to kill boredom or if there's girl on my mind. I stop drawing because lack of inspiration, again it just comes back whenever it feels like it which is like twice ever 3 months or so.

Do not avert your thoughts and conform like the rest of society. If you are feeling vacated you will not feel better by dimming it with other activities, you will only deceive yourself. You'll either be fascinated by a subject or not, do not push yourself to subjects you dislike.

You should exercise, it will give you energy and help you sleep.

You probably need to find some purpose to your life. Join the military. I'm not saying become an Army grunt and go get killed in some desert country. You could join the Navy and see the world, for one, if you don't get sea sick or mind being away from family and such for a while.

Read some philosophy? Descartes, Kant, Plato, that's just a few.. It'll either make you permanently depressed or motivated to be a useful human. Tis a gamble.
