How many shots would it take to make that trainwreck fuckable? This could be a ridiculous theory, but they could just be showing off a potential of DSL to the person they want to send the picture too. Since the majority who think that they're attractive for doing are mostly dumb skanks, naturally they'll put it up in their facebook photos. Maybe I'm the minority here, but every time I get a pick of a girl they don't do that face, which lead me to believe they have no interest in sucking my cock. So that's where this theory came from.

She'd be hotter without scrunching her face up like that.
I thought that making faces was meant to be goofy not sexy. No I have never found it attractive when people make silly faces. Sometimes its cute, sometimes its ugly.
When I clicked on this I thought it would be about women who get injections in their lips.

Propagation by social suggestion.
Do you remember ever seeing a picture with a girl posing in duckface before the internet and social networking sites existed? I don't. Girls are conditioned by the mere sight of their peers doing it, whether consciously or not.
The origination point of the duckface probably stems from the idea that in order to justify taking a picture of oneself without looking like a self-obsessed egotist, one has to add something to the picture that is either "funny" or "cute" so as to appear as the motivation for taking a picture in the first place, rather than showing off physical attributes (which is almost always the real reason for taking an "edgy" angled shot in the mirror). This behavior then extended to other situations such as group photographs by nature of being a practiced action.

I approve this well worded and informative post confirming it as non-debatable absolute fact.
You know all this time I thought they were trying to make the :3 face and I kind of liked it.
Then it just got annoying as hell and makes more girls look ugly.
