Clickteam is hosting a Games Factory 2 Holiday Competition! You don't need to be a programmer to make games with TGF2 so everyone is welcome. We maintain a collection of TGF2 games as well, for examples of what is possible.

Thx for the heads-up Tom,
It's remarkable how most people are graphically oriented while others think more abstract and favor programming to come up with something visually stunning. Why can' t it be both? I mean, there sure are artists that have programming skills and vice versa but it seems to be the general situation to be good in either, not both. I still say it's evidence our DNA's been tampered with by aliens.

The current source code is rather stable right now, and Draknek (the author of this game) is maintaining it. Mostly just lots of little bug fixes and feature requests, which is great because I'm a bit too distracted with several projects (including the next major version of FlashPunk) to keep up with it, and he does a fine job!

Games Factory 2 competition is a tight idea! Though I prefer Construct, looking forward to the results of that.
