I thought Luis said that he wasn't mailing any out until the 12th... so I imagine if you send one to him in the next few days, it would probably still make it in time, maybe.
As far as I know, there's no actual pre-planned pairing... it's more a case of 'you sent one in, you get one back'! ...but I could be completely wrong :P
