I'll use a controller for pretty much anything that ain't a multiplayer shooter. Sometimes I'll just use keyboard/mouse for shooters regardless. Screw keyboard/mouse for platformers and racers.

I tried getting it to work for TF2, but the right analog stick kept fucking up. I stick with the keyboard. That's the only game I play on my PC.
Over the course of my life my hands have formed over a mouse, a keyboard and a PS2 controller. I can't get used to using the Xbox controler. The trigger buttons and the terrible d-pad mess with me too much so I don't use the Xbox controller at all unless it's on the Xbox where I need to.
