Knock knock.
I have to agree with you. Both are great. I like to keep a desktop running windows, and a laptop running OSX( plus what ever OS I run In a VM).
Me too. But one's incredibly expensive and it makes me sad.

You have both have great computers.
This might be swell for this.
My mom's mac is running Windows 7 just fine and I don't fully understand how.
You look nice today.
This guy brutally sodomizes me.
Cereal is pretty cool. If you're cool you'll add me on Steam. Also, Letterboxd.

Preposterous!
I own both as well. Macs would be a lot better if you could easily use the operating system on any computer rather than only computers by Apple. Well, you can install the OS on any computer, but I don't think it's as easy as inserting the disc and installing it.
I prefer Windows though. It has a lot more games and I prefer the look of the OS. I hate how you can always see the desktop background on macs.

It is easier to use for the computer illiterate. The settings button is in your face at all times and each option is labeled so you can easily find what you need (e.g. Mouse, appearance, dock, etc) and it's very difficult to get a virus. I've owned my mac for two years now and I've only ran into one thing that even attempted to effect my computer, and it was one of those fake anti-virus websites and it asked if I wanted to download it. So the only way it could have done anything is if I had willingly downloaded and installed it.
Also, Macs usually do look a lot nicer than Windows PCs and usually take up less space. The iMac has everything built into the monitor, the mac mini is of course fairly small, the macbook air is super thin and super light weight... The only computers they make that aren't small and take up little space are the ones that are the (even) more expensive ones such as the mac pro.

Devils don't cry.
Yeah man, using closed-source operating systems that 'phone home' and have 'backdoors' are all the.
Sorry to do this in this thread... But I have no other option.
Okay, I have tried everything; I've called up Telstra, I've updated my computer and my browser, I've turned the computer off and on again a good 10 times, I've done system restores, I've checked my firewall settings, checked my anti-virus settings, I've done everything!
(I use Firefox btw)
The problem I having is that I'm unable to connect to Hotmail, and I'm unable to send PM's or post threads on Newgrounds. Everything else, I'm fine with, I can browse sites, I can watch videos etc etc. But the moment I try to connect to Hotmail or send a PM, I'm stuck.
When I try to access Hotmail, it fails to load the page, then says that the connection was reset while the page was loading. And If I try to send a PM on Newgrounds, it tries to send it, but then I get an error message saying that I can't contact the Newgrounds Server. And it's the same thing when I try to post threads.
Has anyone had any problems like this before? I can't format, I've got this PC exactly how I want it, so please don't say "You'll just have to format it". I've tried looking up for solutions online, but still nothing.
Help?

I've had my computer for 5 years and I never had a virus. Probably because I know what I'm doing. It's not that difficult to avoid attacks.
I wrote my college thesis on this subject last year and it's as evident now as it was then. PC's are for technology enthusiast's, Macs are for rich ass-holes that know nothing about computers, nuff said.
"Colors, like features, follow the changes of the emotions."
People are so uptight about how much more often one encounters problems than the other that seem to forget that there are times when they don't encounter problems as well.
Still much prefer PC.
More powerful specs, less price (macs are INCREDIBLY over priced...i mean really)
And much more freedom.
It does get viruses and there's the crashing, but most of the time, if you're not a computer illiterate, this will rarely be a problem. Know what the hell you're doing and you'll be fine.

Nothing. You just have a different opinion then almost everyone else.
I'm considering purchasing a mac sometime in the future.

Both of which are overpriced, poorly made Foxconn hardware sold at inflated prices to people looking to buy a brand rather than a product in the hopes of appearing trendy and showing off to their friends.
It has been proven that it is very possible to make MP3 players, tablets, and "smartphones" better and more easily affordable than Apple can. They already have a reputation of being visionaries that constantly move technology forward, but they did not invent the tablet PC, they did not invent the MP3 player, and they did not invent the "smartphone".
The most recent, truly important innovation Apple has created was before Apple even existed. In 1975, Steve Wozniak built the Apple I computer after Steve Jobs told him that he believed that computers should be purchasable pre-built. All of the designing of the Apple I was done by Steve Wozniak, but he doesn't even work for Apple anymore.
