So, I don't know why, but whenever I try to post something to the art portal it won't let me crop it. I try to click, move, and size the box, but nothing happens. Can somebody tell what's going on?
Perhaps your picture is too small, and can't be cropped. The cropping feature doesn't let you expand your picture to make it bigger, just cut out a certain section of it.
What browser are you using? If it is Internet Explorer I recommend switching to firefox or chrome because the art portal seems to have tons of problems with that one.
