The question is, how many of you are trusting or stupid enough to consume them?
Extra information: One NG user has genuinely already consumed at least 3 of these after I offered him them.

Don't know you well enough to trust you and smart enough not to. I'm just here wondering what they do.
I pimp slap you in the face and grab the pills and bring them to the local junky to identify them but he is stoned as fuck and you jump through the window with a pocket knife ready to stab me and make me bleed so I use the junky as a human shield run out the back door and make a b-line through the field. I keep running for about an hour, that's when I hit the next town over, where I find their town junky, and luckily, he ain't on any coke or PCP. He identifies the pills simply as breath mints, so when you show up chasing me and slap you in the giblets. Then I consume them and breath in your face. You say that smells minty. I'm never afraid to take pills, whatever they are. There is just something so magically wonderful about them.
Though I won't be taking 2 MS Contin pills at work again any time soon. I was so out of it. At work, then puked it all up in the staff kitchen a few hours later.
