It's more of a nuisance. I've done it once or twice and it's really only annoying to the person driving, to be honest.

Yes, and it's more annoying as a driver when people fucking push the button to stop all traffic at an intersection and make everyone sit there for 5 fucking minutes...
I jaywalk all the time because who the fuck use crosswalks to cross the road? I mean that's only what they are there for.
All the time, but I don't do it if there's a car coming, that's kinda retarded. I wait till the road is clear then I walk.
It's legal in the UK but our roads are completely different

It's probably a pain in the ass for drivers to deal with.
I don't consider jaywalking a crime, but it can be a nuisance, all right. It just has to be up to the pedestrians to judge from situation to situation whether they'll cause problems for the drivers by stepping out onto the street in that exact moment.

Yes I have done it, and I also think it it's not so bad, but idiots that don't fucking look to see if a car is coming down the street before crossing should be responsible if they get hit. I almost hit some kid on a bike yesterday when he just decided to cross when I had the green light to turn left. I'm not sure why he decide to go after the car in front of me when I was only a few feet behind it.
i've done it one time and it is a nuisance to the person whos driving a car.

It's more of a nuisance. It shouldn't be a crime, especially if you're walking on a strip, and the nearest crosswalk is a mile or so down the road.

I do, but only when the road is clear. I don't trust the idiotic drivers in my area to stop for me.

Exactly this, there are too many asian ladies in my town.
