Looking forward to seeing the new wii, and psp 2. Don't care about Xbox unless they actually announce some new Kinectless IPs. I want a reason to buy xbox, I really do, but there's nothing.
Anyway back to wii 2, aka Project Cafe aka oh please god don't name it Stream. They ditched the wiimote, praise god! Processing power on par with current systems with HD, and a dreamcast esk controller with touchscreens. Jesus fuck for real? They couldn't of made any better decisions on the new console. Really excited to see it.
PSP 2 aka NGP, aka godly machine. It's very impressive. Now for them to announce games, price, and a release date, and more footage!!!
3DS. Was gunna purchase it, but I'm waiting for either a redesign, a battery upgrade or more freaking games. Seriously I don't want to spend $300+ just for an ocarina rebuff.
3rd party titles... woot. I know about them tho. I just want them now.
Secret stuff. I have no idea. I can only speculate Microsoft has something since they've shared pretty much fuck all. They'd have to, because no one would be that stupid to go up against two new platforms from the competition and not have something to draw our attention away from it. So with Microsoft's announcement of Windows 8, I'm expecting some confirmation of games that will run on it at E3, if a new console is released, there will certainly be a lot of buzz circling Microsoft.

On MS giving new IPs that don't use Kinect, it will happen when hell freezes over and Palin becomes President for 3 terms(I know the amendments, maximum years is 10, if original president resigns or leaves after 2 years and VP takes over). In fact, I heard that they claim Mass Effect 3 will be better when you use Kinect.
If it is true, fuck you Microsoft. Maybe you do deserve to lose this console war, and lose all of the exclusives you have. Instead of focusing on Kinect, FOCUS ON HAVING EXCLUSIVES THAT DON'T USE KINECT AT ALL.

First off, what a nice thread ;) This time of year is always pretty exciting for gamers and I think there are more games than ever since I started watching E3 that I am looking forward to hearing about. I'm only going to list games that I know exist other wise it's just a ridiculous dream team list that gets out of hand.
Here are the games I'm looking forward to in no particular order:
BioShock Infinite
Batman: Arkham City
Gears of War 3
Uncharted 3
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection
Alice: Madness Returns
Rayman Origins
Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One
I'm also looking forward to the next installment of Alan Wake which was confirmed to be at E3 by Remedy but stated that it isn't Alan Wake 2 and is also not DLC. I hope it's not just some Kinect support or something a long those lines but I eagerly await. Beyond Good and Evil 2 which is confirmed to be under development is a game I really would wish to see but know won't be there. The same can be said for Metal Gear: Rising which is confirmed not to be at E3.
Of course most of the time the best part of E3 is the surprises. I can't wait to see what each company has up their sleeves. Especially Nintendo and Microsoft. I'm really interested in seeing if this "Project Cafe" turns out to be something I'd be interested in. I hope I didn't forget any retail games I'm looking forward to.

In other news, Nintendo's console is really starting to sound exciting. Why? The name. And I don't mean the name 'Project Cafe', as that's obviously not final (like Project 64, Dolphin etc.). The name is actually rumoured to be called... Nintendo. I really hope so to be honest, and I know some of you that owned older Nintendo systems will understand. It makes it a lot more 'game-y' sounding than the boring casual 'Wii'. More info pointing towards the fact that Nintendo are going back to their more hardcore roots per say. Read about it here.
In other other news, GTA V has been further rumoured, with online retailers starting to list it. Its apparently taking place in Los Angeles. I heard stuff about this ages ago, but it didn't seem very reliable, but now its starting to sound a lot more true. Read about it here. Hopefully more will be revealed in the coming days.
So yeah, this years E3 is starting to sound very exciting indeed.

Most of them are either Kinect games or sequels. Microsoft should seriously start a new franchise.
